 HISTORY OF THE LAW FIRM

Herbert L. Segal began his private law practice in 1948 as a solo venture.

The firm has grown year by year, based in large part upon its extensive experience in the fields of labor and employment law and workers compensation. The firm’s territorial coverage expanded to include all of Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia during the 1980's and 1990's, serving labor unions and union members in both the private and public sectors.

The firm is currently engaged in the general practice of law at its offices located in the historic Old Louisville neighborhood.
